Breaking waves from the coast of Spain, in the vicinity of CapeTrafalger are broadcast live to Trafalgar Square. Loudspeakers are mounted in arrays inside of grey colored containers that are architecturally designed to be as invisible in the Square as possible. Waves picked up from a multichannel perspective are made to sweep the Square in phasing relationships that will create the illusion that the surrounding London traffic is silent.
